Born in Belize, Central America, this singer/songwriter is the definition of versatility. Lisa Pike has distinguished herself on the international music scene by performing alongside several top names in the Caribbean music industry, including Byron Lee and the Dragonnaires. She is a household name in her native Belize, where her 2003 single "Hands Up" is in heavy rotation on the radio waves each year at the height of the country's Independence celebrations. Lisa continues to write and perform songs that marry her love of R&B music to her strong Caribbean roots, continually searching for avenues to share her talent across cultural and geographical lines.
"Super-Producer @DerekBrin is a BOSS!!" says Lisa. Toronto/LosAngeles based Derek Brin known for his crossover/Caribbean sound has been instrumental in launching many international artists. Production & Engineering credits include artists like Ne-Yo, The Ojays, RuPaul, Che'Nelle's single "I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE DJ" featuring Baby Cham, Massari "BODY BODY", Jaheim "DADDY THING", Dru, Keshia Chante and many others. Derek recently partnered with Vincentian Producer Kubiyashi to work on the BTW and BORN BAD Riddims. He's also been working with Bajan producers Gary Serrao & Dwaingerous over the years to put out a number of rhythms for Cropover; the Red Bonez Riddim, Pimpin, Arara, Bodyheat and many others.
